Milimetrica — online graph paper plotter with linear regression and Modified Gompertz curve fitting

Plot comma-separated (x, y) data on a configurable millimeter graph paper canvas. Configure paper width and height in millimeters, set independent X and Y scales using student-friendly notation (e.g. "10 s = 20 mm on paper"), and view each point with dotted projection lines to both axes. Three connection modes are available: straight lines through points in input order, linear regression (least-squares best-fit), and Modified Gompertz curve fitting for fermentation and microbial growth data.
